Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

• Once an order has been shipped, tracking information (if applicable) will be provided to the customer.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Ownership of the package transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
